This book extols the virtues of
using electric ovens and refrigeration. It is dated 1951. Fifty
years ago; really not that far away. I remember my grandmother
referred to the refrigerator as an icebox.
Inside are some beautiful
kitchenware photos, as well as a series of glamour
photos of the lady of the
house.
