101 ways to serve coca-cola

At a swap meet in Sierra Vista, Arizona, I found a booklet produced by the Coca-Cola Company. As the book is missing its cover, my guess is that it is a promotional for bottlers to distribute to their customers, similar to the Pause for Life booklets.

The mystery booklet features a few recipes, some lavish and disorienting illustrations, and sample menus for a variety of occasions complete with serving suggestings for Coca Cola.
