At a swap meet in Sierra Vista, Arizona, I found a booklet produced by the Coca-Cola Company. As the book is missing its cover, my guess is that it is a promotional for bottlers to distribute to their customers, similar to the Pause for Life booklets. The mystery booklet features a few recipes, some lavish and disorienting illustrations, and sample menus for a variety of occasions complete with serving suggestings for Coca Cola. Some examples (italics, parens theirs):
For Ravenous Teenage Wolves Coca-Cola Bicycle Picnic for Two Coca-Cola in picnic cooler When the School Bus Dumps the Gang ice cold Coca-Cola A Christmas Meeting of the P.T.A. (ice cold Coca-Cola) Sis Brings the Girls in to Help With Her Permanent lots of ice cold Coca-Cola For the Older Crowd and, of course, plenty of ice cold Coca-Cola Family Reunion, Plain and Plenty (Coca-Cola -- lots and lots of it, served
