Hunter Canyon, 1998

Hunter Canyon is in the Saline Valley, California. When I first visited, there were several wrecked cars, an old tractor, a falling-in-on-itself old house filled with medical textbooks and xray photographs -- including one of a little kid's broken arm. When I drove the boyfriend all the way there to show him, Memorial Day Weekend 2001, it was all gone.
